Ever wondered what’s inside your grand piano? Here it is!

The grand piano’s design means a technician has to remove the piano action in order to carry out regulation and repair work. This makes the process a little trickier, but the results are always worth it.

It’s sometimes hard to imagine the piano as a piece of moving machinery with hundreds of individual parts, but that’s exactly what it is. If you have noticed a change in the sound or feel of your piano, always contact a reputable piano technician (like Ruby Tunes) to get to the heart of the problem. You'd be surprised at how many piano tuners there are near you. Happy playing!🎹🎶
